Presenting a captivating 9.05-carat natural Apatite Cat's Eye, a rare and substantial gemstone sourced from the notable Shahpur mines in India. This impressive oval cabochon, with dimensions of 13.7mm x 10.0mm x 6.8mm, showcases a highly distinct and desirable optical effect.

The stone exhibits a mild, broad line of light known as chatoyancy (the "cat's eye" effect), which glides across its surface as it moves. This phenomenon confirms the gem's unadulterated nature and skilled cutting.

Gemmological Significance: Apatite is a unique mineral prized by collectors. When combined with chatoyancy—an effect caused by parallel fibrous inclusions—it becomes a coveted jewel. This large, well-defined cat's eye is a testament to the quality of material found in the Shahpur region.

Astrological & Metaphysical Significance:

  • Apatite Benefits: Apatite is often associated with motivation, ambition, and personal growth. It is believed to clear confusion, enhance concentration, and promote a deeper state of meditation.

  • Cat's Eye (Lahsuniya) Benefits: The Cat's Eye gem is traditionally revered in Vedic astrology as a stone of protection, particularly to neutralize the effects of the shadow planet Ketu. It is highly valued for bringing sudden wealth, prosperity, and spiritual insight.

This large, magnificent gem is an ideal statement piece, perfect for setting in a powerful ring or a unique astrological pendant.
