We have a 7-day limited return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item must be different from what you've ordered or should be damaged on delivery, unboxing video of the received parcel is mandatory for return eligibility and the order must not be custom made or different from last agreed conversation with the customer support. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can message "RETURN [ORDER ID]" without special characters to our support WhatsApp +91 9633999877 (https://wa.me/919895686669) or write to us at letsbuygems@gmail.com with your order number and unboxing video. Once confirmed, return pick up would be initiated and our delivery partner would pick up the consignment from the location to which delivery was fulfilled.
If your return is accepted and completed, we'll contact you if you prefer a replacement, repair or refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order with a video proof upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't worry, we would be also keeping a video log of preparing your parcel.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made jewelleries are non-returnable, as we update you personally at each step before shipping your item. However, if your order is damaged during shipment the insurance would cover it or we would be happy to repair it for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special sale items (mentioned in the product or product description) or gift cards. Return of international shipments would be subjected to the state law of the destination and policies of our logistics partner. In case you've purchased this item from abroad, please contact our specialist team via phone or WhatsApp to discuss best possible solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we ship you new item or item of your choice within the budget if available in our inventory. Thus we suggest that before you mark return on your customer dashboard, please consult with our customer service expert.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation
Just in case you change your mind, you are allowed free cancellation for ready made orders before the item has been shipped. However, if it is a custom made order or backorders, the cancellation is not applicable after the order has been accepted from our side. In case of cancellation normal refund policy shall apply.
